These are photos from John Gartland, a slightly crazed and definitely hyperactive scottish/canadian bloke who spends half his life planting trees, half his life in hospital with snowboarding injuries, and then somehow manages to squeeze in a bit of backpacking between the two! We travelled together for a while round south west China.
